    REQUIREMENTS
    • Call Center/telesales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
    • Saudi National encouraged to Apply
    • English Proficiency is a must
    • Arabic Proficiency is a must
    • Fitness and Wellness background
    • Knowledge or previous work experience within the Fitness industry is a plus but not required
    • Interested in fitness and sports in general
    • Happy to meet new persons
    • Involved in helping others to reach their fitness and health goals
    • Ready to motivate other persons
    SKILL AND WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
    • Telesales and phone customer service support
    • Be able to support customers in a multi-channel contact center Telephone and Email
    • Skilled in problem-solving and solution orientated Understands the needs of our internal and external customer
    • Able to prioritize daily tasks and queries Great listening and conversation skills acts on responses and answers queries
    • Can make quick decisions or effectively refer for help to others including other Fast Fit EMS fitness studios.
    • (Can do attitude) and has passion to learn new things.
    • Speaking and read Arabic will be an advantage. Must Speaks write and read English fluently
    • Should have strong technical computer skills in Google docs including google sheets, Outlook and Customer Relationship Management Systems
    • Resident or Riyadh or a near province is a plus
