Part 1. Objectives

  • Non-refundable, except within 24 hours of payment.

Part 3. Products

  • Customer rights to access, update, or delete personal information.
  • Consent to the privacy policy and CCTV usage acknowledgment.
Part 5. Termination of Subscription

Part 6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Part 1. Summary

Fast Fit EMS operates a loyalty program ("Fast Fit Evolve") that rewards members based on activity, consistency, and points accumulated. All benefits offered under this program are supplementary to the core membership and do not form part of the membership agreement. Fast Fit EMS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the loyalty program at any time.

Part 2. Points System
  • Members earn points through training sessions, renewals, referrals, and feedback.
  • Points can be redeemed as SAR value against purchases, up to a maximum of 30% of any single transaction.
  • Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.
  • Tier status remains active for 12 months from the date the tier is achieved.
  • Fast Fit EMS reserves the right to adjust point values, earning rules, and redemption limits at any time.
Part 3. Referral Terms
  • Members who refer a new client will receive points once the referred individual purchases an intro session.
  • Additional points are awarded upon the referred individual purchasing a full membership package.
  • Referrals must be submitted through the official recommendation form. Unregistered referrals will not qualify for points.
Part 4. Membership Tiers

Tier benefits are assigned based on points accumulated and are subject to the following terms:

  • Tier benefits are reviewed periodically and may change based on membership activity and compliance.
  • All tier benefits are offered at the sole discretion of Fast Fit EMS and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
  • Benefits are only accessible during an active membership in good standing.
  • One-time benefits (such as complimentary EMS suit or discounts) can only be redeemed once per tier cycle regardless of tier renewal.
  • Quarterly, monthly, and weekly benefits reset at the start of each respective period and cannot be carried over, accumulated, or exchanged for cash value.
Part 5. Complimentary Guest Benefit
  • Eligible members may bring one (1) guest per calendar month for a complimentary trial session, where this benefit is included in their tier.
  • Each guest may only redeem a complimentary visit once. The same individual may not be brought as a guest on more than one occasion, regardless of time elapsed.
  • Guests must be first-time visitors who have never held an active or previous membership with Fast Fit EMS.
  • Fast Fit EMS reserves the right to verify guest eligibility and decline participation if conditions are not met.
  • Unused guest benefits cannot be carried over, transferred, or redeemed for cash value.
Part 6. Gift Platinum Status Benefit
  • Eligible members may gift Platinum tier status to one (1) individual per annual cycle.
  • The recipient must not currently hold or have previously held Platinum or Diamond tier status.
  • Gifted status is valid for the duration specified at the time of gifting and does not carry points or earning eligibility.
  • This benefit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any alternative benefit or cash value.
Part 7. Late Cancellation Policy
  • Late cancellation allowances vary by tier and reset each calendar month.
  • Allowances cannot be carried over to the following month or transferred between members.
  • Exceeding the late cancellation allowance may result in session forfeiture as per standard membership terms.
Part 8. Freeze Benefit
  • Freeze entitlements under the loyalty program are in addition to standard membership freeze terms and subject to the same freeze conditions outlined in the Subscription policy above.
  • Unlimited freeze eligibility, where applicable, remains subject to a minimum notice period as determined by Fast Fit EMS.
Part 9. Streak Advantage
  • Eligible members may miss up to the number of sessions specified in their tier without losing streak progress.
  • Streak advantage does not exempt members from session expiry or membership terms.
  • Fast Fit EMS reserves the right to determine what constitutes a qualifying session for streak purposes.
Part 10. Disclaimer

All loyalty program benefits are discretionary and supplementary. Fast Fit EMS reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of membership benefits constitutes acceptance of the current terms. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Fast Fit EMS management is final.
