The actual Fast Fit training period is an intense 20-minute workout. However, each customer is allocated 40 minutes to ensure ample time for their Personal Trainers to address any questions or concerns they may have.

 Absolutely! Fast Fit assigns a dedicated Personal Trainer to each customer from the beginning. Your trainer is well-versed in your goals, body assessments, and lifestyle. While we’re happy to accommodate requests for a different trainer, sticking with your designated Personal Trainer often leads to better results.

Fast Fit highly recommends EMS workouts backed by over a decade of experience in this exercise domain. Our Personal Trainers, who are experts in their fields, offer Basic and Advanced exercises, postpartum workouts, and Stamina exercises. We tailor EMS exercises to individual goals, ensuring a personalized and effective fitness experience.

Following industry guidelines, an advanced person needs a minimum of 72 hours, while beginners require at least 120 hours (equivalent to 5 days) for muscle recovery before another EMS session. We encourage a healthy lifestyle and suggest incorporating running or cardio exercises 48 hours post-EMS as a recovery training, not an intense workout.

Subscriptions are non-transferable and non-refundable if the request is made after 24 hours from the purchase date. Fast Fit members are responsible for informing us at least 24 hours before their session if they wish to cancel or refund; otherwise, the session will be deducted.

The first and most importand FAST FIT EMS session, called INTRODUCTORY session is 250 SAR or free of charge if you purchase any FAST FIT EMS subscriptions on the same day. Get additional 30% discount by purchasing the introductory session online. 

 

AT FIT EMS programs are customised fitness plans tailored according to the client’s goal, fitness level and health condition. In order to see the first results a minimum of 4-6 consecutive EMS sessions are required. Our fitness plans start from 4 sessions above, but is also available as an individual session purchase option without having included any customised fitness plan, nutrition, regular check ups or consultations.

Fast FIT EMS subscription prices vary between 1141 SAR up to 2199 SAR per month, according to the number of sessions required for achieving the fitness goal. Fast Fit EMS subscriptions includes own personal trainer, customized fitness plan according to the customer’s goal, tailored nutrition plan according to the fitness goal, regular body check up, and assessments, lifestyle consultations and advices and before & after portfolio.

The introductory session cost 250 SAR as is a standard session with the same program and exercises for everybody regardless age or fitness goal. The sessions included in a subscription are not standard but customized according to the customer’s fitness level, fitness goal and medical condition, therefore the prices for these sessions vary between 228 SAR up to 549 SAR according to the subscription type.

The process of weight loss or body shaping depends on fitness level, age, metabolism and medical condition. The required period of time to achieve your fitness goal can not be determinated unless a fitness test and body analysis has been completed. Following the results of the body scan and fitness test a qualified personal trainer will suggest a suitable fitness program to be followed and the necesary time to complete it and achieve the fitness goal.
 
The sessions included in a subscription are not standard but customised according to the customer fitness level, fitness goal and medical condition, therefore the prices for this sessions vary between 220 SAR up to 490 SAR according to the subscription type.
