The actual Fast Fit EMS training period is an intense 20-minute workout, preceded by a full body check (body fat, fitness level, muscle percentage, BMI, etc.), a lifestyle check, and a nutritional consultation. Each customer is allocated 40 minutes to ensure ample time for their Personal Trainers to address any questions or concerns and recommend the best package to help reach your goals faster than ever.
Absolutely! Fast Fit assigns a dedicated Personal Trainer to each customer from the beginning. Your trainer is well-versed in your goals, body assessments, and lifestyle. While we’re happy to accommodate requests for a different trainer, sticking with your designated Personal Trainer often leads to better results.
Fast Fit highly recommends EMS workouts, backed by over a decade of experience in this exercise domain. Our Personal Trainers, experts in their fields, offer a variety of programs and training tailored to individual needs. These include EMS Lifestyle, EMS Performance, EMS Postpartum, and EMS Recovery programs, as well as EMS Basic, EMS Advanced, EMS StaminaUp, EMS MuscleUp, EMS FatGo, EMS Superimposed, EMS CelluliteGo, EMS Postpartum, and Fast Shape Device training, ensuring a personalized and effective fitness experience.
Fast Fit EMS training is typically recommended 1-2 times per week to allow for muscle recovery and avoid overtraining.
Subscriptions are non-transferable and non-refundable if the request is made after 24 hours from the purchase date. Fast Fit members are responsible for informing us at least 24 hours before their session if they wish to cancel or refund; otherwise, the session will be deducted.

AT FIT EMS programs are customized fitness plans tailored according to the client’s goal, fitness level and health condition. In order to see the first results a minimum of 4-6 consecutive EMS sessions are required. Our fitness plans start from 4 sessions above, but are also available as an individual session purchase option without having included any customized fitness plan, nutrition, regular check ups or consultations.
Fast Fit EMS subscription prices range from 1141 SAR to 2199 SAR per month, depending on the number of sessions needed to achieve your fitness goals. Each subscription includes a personal trainer, a customized fitness plan tailored to your goals, a personalized nutrition plan, regular body check-ups and assessments, lifestyle consultations and advice, and a before-and-after portfolio.
