   Products

• EMS Personal Suites and Training Kit non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• 30-day warranty on the pads and cables from the EMS Personal Suites, not on material.

   Liability

• Assumption of risk, health disclosure, and equipment responsibility outlined.
• Customer indemnification for injuries or damages.

   Privacy Policy

• Collection, use, and protection of personal information.
• Customer rights to access, update, or delete personal information.
• Consent to the privacy policy and CCTV usage acknowledgment.

   Termination Of Subscription

• Member termination requires a 30-day notice.
• Non-refundable subscription fee upon termination.

   Governing Law And Jurisdiction

• Contract governed by the laws of The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Any disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Saudi Arabian courts.
